Payment Methods

You have the possibility to choose from the following payment methods, dependent upon the event and the period of order, in the ÖT Webshop:

EPS - Online-Banking EPS Online-Banking (formerly known as netpay) is a online paymentsystem offered by Erste Bank und Sparkassen as well as all other austrian banks to guarantee easy and quick payments in e-commerce and e-government. After completing your order in the ticketshop you will be asked for your e-banking credentials. You will now be presented a summary of all relevant data (event, price, etc.) and have to enter your TAN or use TAC-SMS to confirm. Afterwards a confirmation page of your successfully completed transaction will be displayed.

CREDIT CARD (at the moment VISA and Euro/Mastercard)
Your credit card will be debited with the open amount.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Buyer and credit card owner need to be the same person. Purchases without matching data may be cancelled even without prior notification (amount will automatically be refunded, ticket reservation will expire)

PREPAYMENT
The complete amount needs to be paid within ONE WEEK free of costs for payee into our account. NOTE: In case we receive the amount not within the requested time on our account we can not guarantee to keep up your reservation.

DIRECT DEBIT
Premise for using direct debit is giving your account data with an austrian bank. By terminating your order you grant us the permission to debit the open amount from your account. Your account will be debited right after your order. The tickets will be sent respectively can be picked up only 7 days later (as the bank may re-call the amount transferred within 5 working days in case incorrect information was given).
NOTE: Please double check your account data as you will have to cover all bank services charges when giving incorrect data.

An upgrade to other payment methods (Paybox, One Mia etc.) is under construction.
